Project Overview:
Our client, a large organization, is seeking an Agile Coach to drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and frameworks across their teams and departments.
Desirable Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
- Experience with Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS
- Ability to design and deliver training and coaching programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to have:
- Certifications such as Certified Agile Coach (CAC) or Certified Scrum Coach (CSC)
- Experience with organizational development and culture change initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
