Project Overview:
Our client, a technology company, is seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate and support the Agile software development process for their teams.
Desirable Skills:
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Nice to have:
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- Experience with software development processes and methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
